Salary:  €29,000 - €39,000 (rate commensurate to relevant experience, in line with company remuneration policy)

Type: Full-time, permanent.

Location: 5 Wilton Place, Dublin 2 / Hybrid working (approximately 2 days per week from home after successful completion of a probation period and subject to business needs)

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Women's Aid is seeking a Fundraising Data Executive to join its growing team. This role is integral to supporting the fundraising strategy, working closely with the Fundraising Manager and Project Leaders across various fundraising programmes. 

The Fundraising Data Executive reports directly to the Fundraising Manager, collaborating with Fundraising Project Managers and a second Fundraising Executive. This role is a great opportunity for a data-savvy, communicative, and positive individual to make a meaningful contribution to Women's Aid's impact on the lives of women and children. 

The Fundraising Data Executive will have a strong foundation in office systems, data analysis, and excellent interpersonal skills. With a background in data entry, membership engagement, or event management, they will have proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce and Mailchimp. They will demonstrate a proactive approach to data cleaning, GDPR compliance, and donor journey automation.  

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable managing data and analytics with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer / donor centric approach to their work.
