For over 25 years, Beaumont Hospital Foundation (BHF) has a track record of raising charitable funds that help hospital staff and medical professionals provide the best possible care and comfort to the patients of Beaumont Hospital. 

Since 1995, Beaumont Hospital Foundation has worked to promote the significant medical contribution which Beaumont Hospital makes to the community and to thousands of patients from all over Ireland who access the Hospital’s many unique medical specialties. 

“Our goal is to inspire patients and their families, along with Hospital staff and members of the Irish public, to make donations and/or run fundraising events to raise charitable funds in support of vital equipment and services which improve the treatment and care which our staff provide.”

THE ROLE of HEAD OF FOUNDATION

BHF is now seeking a senior, ambitious, Head of Foundation, who will lead the organisation in an exciting phase of growth in 2022. The Head of Foundation will lead take responsibility for the development and implementation of a dynamic and ambitious target driven fundraising strategy as well as taking the overall operational and management responsibility for the charity.

The successful candidate will drive the future strategic growth of the Foundation, managing key external and internal relationships, developing new strategy and new sources of funding with ambitious targets, stewarding and nurturing relationships with Hospital consultants and staff and at all times delivering best- in- class standards of professional management.

If you are an ambitious and high achieving senior executive who relishes both the challenge of meeting high target fundraising and would like a position with increased flexibility and you have proven experience in strategic development, with a career to date that lends itself well to developing connections, managing senior relationships and leading a team, this could may be just what you are looking for!
