Charities Institute Ireland (Cii) is the representative body for Ireland’s leading fundraising charities.  With over 250 organisational members, Cii works to help them grow and maximise their impact to deliver their purpose and improve the welfare of others. It delivers education programmes and training resources for charities across Ireland, to build skills and best practice.  It advocates on behalf of members to amplify their voices; build recognition of the value of our sector and the important role it plays in our society.


The Role


A new opportunity has arisen for a Membership Support Administrator to join the Cii team. The primary purpose of the role is to support the Cii Team to deliver excellent services and experiences for our charity organisation members. 


This is a multifaceted role requiring a strong degree of initiative, relationship management and stakeholder engagement. The key priorities include member engagement and support, organising training courses, meetings and events, communications, and data management. 


To succeed in this role, prior relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience is essential. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with strong attention to detail. As well as being extremely organised, you will be ambitious and eager to learn.
