Full Description

Background Information:

Since 1979, the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre (DRCC) has worked to prevent the harm and heal the trauma of sexual violence. We work with men and women who have experienced sexual assault, rape or childhood sexual abuse.

Sexual violence is a serious public health and human rights issue with both short and long-term consequences for those affected.

DRCC has been at the forefront of the Irish response to sexual violence for almost 40 years. We work with government, non-profit organisations, academic institutions, and the general public to ensure that all available resources to prevent sexual violence are utilised.

The Role:

The DRCC has recently introduced an integrated IT and phone network and now wishes to recruit a Data Officer to leverage this architecture to design and build a set of integrated databases to capture and present operational data in a meaningful, accessible CRM format using the Microsoft Dynamics platform. The purpose of Data Officer role is to:

• Administer, manage, and plan changes to the existing technical infrastructure • Design and build the new CRM databases on the MS Dynamics platform • Champion data and document sharing across the organisation

An initial task will be to migrate an MS Access database used to capture and report core operating statistics.

The role presents the opportunity to leverage existing network management knowledge and database application skills, and to develop as a key member of a relatively small but agile team. If you’re a natural problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for IT and sound knowledge of network and cloud computing, we would love to hear from you!

The recruitment campaign for the role of Data Officer is being managed exclusively on behalf of DRCC by non-profit specialist recruitment consultancy CCI Executive Search.
