Full Description

BACKGROUND:

Arthritis Ireland is a health research charity and national patient organisation representing one million people living with arthritis in this country. Our vision is of a better life for people living with arthritis today; a world without arthritis tomorrow.

We are now seeking a dynamic, innovative, experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team.

THE ROLE:

The Fundraising Manager’s key responsibilities will be to increase income year on year, continue to identify new growth areas in light of the changing fundraising landscape and create a sustainable income stream for the organisation from a variety of sources including corporates, raffles, events, direct marketing and legacies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate with a proven track record in sales, fundraising, or business development to join a high-profile health charity at an exciting time in its development, and to help grow its fundraising income from a relatively low base. It is the perfect role for an ambitious self-starter who wants to prove themselves as part of a dynamic Senior Management team. If you’re a seasoned, senior fundraiser with exceptional communication and relationship building skills and proven track record of meeting targets, who relishes the challenge of building fundraising from the ground up, we’d love to hear from you!

APPLICATIONS DETAILS:

The recruitment campaign for the role of Fundraising Manager is being managed exclusively on behalf of Arthritis Ireland by specialist, not-for-profit sector, recruitment consultancy CCI Executive Search.
