LOCATION: In line with government guidelines, we are currently working remotely. When restrictions are lifted, this role will be based in our office in Dublin 2 for a minimum of 3 days per week.

CCI Executive Search (CCI) works with charities, arts, cultural, educational organisations, foundations, and social enterprises throughout Ireland to find and recruit great staff. We understand that to recruit great staff for not-for-profits across Ireland, we too need a great team to plan, co-ordinate and manage all elements of our recruitment campaigns and deliver fantastic client and candidate care. That’s why we are now looking for a highly organised person with proven experience in recruiting great staff to join our team as Recruitment Manager.
In this rewarding role you will support our not-for-profit clients by conducting the search for staff on their behalf, allowing them to concentrate on their outcomes whilst we find them the best candidates in the market. You will assist our candidates in their job search and support them through the whole recruitment process.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience who is highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to listen to the needs and requirements of our clients and translate these into successful recruitment campaigns. You will have great attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You will also be a creative individual with a flair for writing and keen digital skills. You don’t need to have charity experience, but an interest in the not-for-profit sector would be an advantage.
