Full Description

Charity Careers Ireland is growing and we want you to join us!

Based in Dublin we are one of the leading not-for-profit sector recruitment agencies. We use our significant charity expertise to help not-for-profit organisations find new staff.

We understand that to recruit great staff for charities in Ireland, we need a great team to sit beside us to help us plan, co-ordinate and manage all elements of our recruitment campaigns and deliver fantastic client and candidate care. That’s why we are now looking for a highly organised person with a passion for the not-for-profit sector and the recruitment of great staff to join our team!

The Role:

In this rewarding role you will assist many charities, conducting the search for staff on their behalf and so allowing them to concentrate on their outcomes whilst we find them the best candidates in the market. You will assist our candidates in their job search and support them through the whole recruitment process and beyond.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to listen to the needs and requirements of our clients and translate these into successful recruitment campaigns. You will have great attention to detail and excellent time management skills. You will also be a creative individual with a flair for writing and keen digital skills. You don’t need to have recruitment experience as full training will be provided, but an interest in the not-for-profit sector would be a distinct advantage.

If you have a real passion for helping not-for-profits and candidates reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!
