Charity Careers Ireland is a specialist not-for-profit sector recruitment agency. We are proudly based in Dublin and work to help charities, arts, cultural and educational organisations and other not-for-profits throughout Ireland find and recruit great staff. Founded in early 2014 by leading charity experts Mary O’Kennedy and Bruce Tait, we are now a leading recruiter for the not-for-profit sector, with particular expertise in recruiting senior management, operations, fundraising, communications and marketing roles.
We provide a bespoke executive search service as well as our own online jobs platform, a great value resource that is specifically designed and developed to meet the recruitment needs of Irish charities. We are now seeking an ambitious, driven Recruitment Officer to join our team.
In this rewarding role you will assist many not-for-profit organisations as well as the incredible staff who work for them. The Recruitment Officer will have a varied workload from answering the telephones and liaising with candidates and clients to give them information about our roles or services to writing and formatting candidate information packs and creating exciting and interesting social media and marketing material.
The ideal candidate will thrive working in a varied, team environment. This role would suit someone who has been in a recruitment environment before or has worked or volunteered for a not-for-profit supporting a fundraising team by creating event packs, posters and speaking with donors. You will be confident on the telephone and enjoy interacting with people – you will also relish the opportunity to learn and be creative.
If you have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, a flair for writing, keen digital skills and a real passion for helping charities and candidates reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!
