Dublin Simon Community works to prevent and address homelessness, providing services at all stages of homelessness and enabling people to move to a place they can call home.
Their Mission is to empower people to access and retain a home by providing housing, prevention, addiction treatment, emergency response and other targeted interventions, through advocacy and partnership.
Dublin Simon Community are now seeking an experienced, passionate Regional Services Manager to join their team and lead on the management and development of the homeless and housing support services in Wicklow, Kildare and Meath. Services under the current remit include: Emergency Cold Weather Initiative; Medium Support Residential Service; Tenancy Sustainment and Information Clinics; Transitional Housing.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and team building skills with a resilient and confident manner which is demonstrated by an ability to work on your own initiative and as part of the broader Management Team. You will have exceptional networking and interpersonal skills in order to build and maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
Above all, you will have previous experience working with vulnerable people and you will be committed to Dublin Simon Community’s ethos and mission.
