Location: Dublin 4

Over 9,000 people and families live with Multiple Sclerosis in Ireland. MS is the most common neurological disabling disease affecting young adults and in some parts of Ireland the rate is 1 in 400. The typical age of diagnosis is the late twenties to mid-forties, when family and career are usually the priorities. Twice as many women as men have MS. There is as yet no known cure.
MS Ireland is the membership organisation that works to support people and families living with MS. They are the only national organisation providing information, support and advocacy services.
MS Ireland are now seeking a Senior Fundraising Executive to raise funds from Corporates, Grants and Trusts. This will specifically involve building on and managing existing campaigns and fundraising events. You’ll therefore be someone who is great at managing projects and holding and growing strong relationships and partnerships.
You’ll bring at least 3 years’ experience to this role – perhaps from a fundraising, sales or business development environment. The role will suit someone who is an excellent communicator and a natural relationship builder.
Above all you’ll be committed to working towards MS Ireland’s vision, which is to enable and empower people affected by multiple sclerosis to live the life of their choice to their fullest potential.
If you’re adept at building and nurturing relationships with a variety of stakeholders and if you’re passionate about making a difference, this could be the role for you!
The recruitment campaign for the role of Senior Fundraising Executive is being managed exclusively on behalf of MS Ireland by not-for-profit specialist recruitment consultancy Charity Careers Ireland.
