Salary:  The starting rate for this role is circa €35,000 - €39,000. Rate commensurate to relevant experience, in line with company remuneration policy. This position sits on the Women’s Aid Fundraising Executive Pay Band €29,206 - €41,100.

Type:  Full-time, permanent. 

Location:  5 Wilton Place, Dublin 2 / Hybrid working (approximately 2 days per week from home after successful completion of a probation period and subject to business needs).

ABOUT THE ROLE

Women's Aid is seeking a Fundraising Executive to join its growing team. This role is integral to supporting the fundraising strategy, working closely with the Fundraising Manager and Project Leaders across various fundraising programmes. 

Key responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing donor queries, and fostering donor loyalty through various channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be donor/customer-centric, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders while also engaging with external stakeholders such as fundraisers, major donors, and corporate supporters. 

The successful candidate will be a people person, highly motivated to engage in fundraising activities across multiple streams, and adept at managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. They will embody a positive and solution-focused approach, demonstrating commitment to Women’s Aid's mission and the impact of their work.
