Contract:  3.5 – 4 days per week, permanent contract.

Location:  Dublin 2 (Blended remote and office-based working).

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 (pro rata for 3.5 – 4 days per week).

THE ROLE

Are you a senior professional with a passion for driving social impact through philanthropy? Do you have the gravitas and experience to lead complex, high-impact projects and foster long-term relationships with donors, C-Suite leaders, and boards? 

As Director of Consultancy, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategies that enable meaningful philanthropic and corporate investment. Working closely with other members of OKC’s leadership team, you’ll lead consultancy projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the organisation’s growth. This client-facing role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on diverse sectors, including education, arts, health, and human rights. 

Key responsibilities will include: 

• Leading and delivering exceptional client experiences across fundraising strategy, philanthropy, and corporate partnerships.
• Designing and implementing bespoke strategies for fundraising and donor engagement.
• Overseeing complex projects, including validation studies, capital campaigns, and fundraising reviews, ensuring measurable outcomes. 

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring significant senior management or consultancy experience, an in-depth understanding of philanthropy, and a proven track record in cultivating and stewarding high-level philanthropic investments. Strong project management and relationship-building skills are essential, as is a passion for enabling social impact.
