Salary: €70,000-€85,000, commensurate with experience

Cali – Care and Learn Ireland is a unique and innovative charity which addresses the gap in provision for school leavers with severe to profound intellectual disability (PMLD). The organisation offers one-to-one support which includes wrap-around and integrated care, multi-disciplinary therapy supports and a formal lifelong learning pathway post-secondary school. Founded by parents of young people with PMLD, the charity provides a unique and innovative programme that is truly transforming lives. As the organisation looks to scale, Cali is seeking a CEO to oversee the growth of the charity across Ireland, establishing and embedding Cali as a Centre of Excellence in the years ahead.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver and implement a new Cali strategy and plan to establish and expand the Cali model.
• Ensure Cali continues to deliver exceptional services in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Source and secure longer-term funding and accommodation for Cali services.
• Engage with key academic partners to build an evidence-base that profiles Cali as an exemplar in this field.
