CONTRACT:  Permanent, full-time contract, following completion of a 6-month probationary period, with a 37.5 hour working week

SALARY:  The successful candidate can expect to earn in the region of €80,000 - €90,000, commensurate with experience.

LOCATION:  The position will be based in Ormond Quay, Dublin 1. A hybrid office/home option is available (2 days per week) but would be determined by the requirements of the organisation.

Its primary mission is to raise funds from individuals, corporates, major donors, and foundations, advocate for children’s rights and engage with the Irish Government and build awareness and affinity for the UNICEF brand (currently reaching over 90% of the Irish public).

THE ROLE


This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the future of fundraising and communications for the corporate income channel in UNICEF. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Head of Corporate Partnerships will lead the development and implementation of a fundraising and communications strategy which delivers support from Irish business to UNICEF’s work for children. 


This role requires a dynamic leader capable of developing highly compelling business cases for medium and large companies to invest in our global mission; it is a specialised mandate unique within the Irish sector at this level. Leading a dedicated corporate fundraising team, this role will also ensure best practice governance, regulatory compliance and delivery of ambitious income targets.


The successful candidate will have the character and emotional intelligence to network effortlessly at a senior level, yet remain a deeply collaborative, egoless team player driven by a genuine passion for international aid and a heartfelt commitment to UNICEF’s humanitarian mission.
