Salary:  €43,547  

Type: Full-time, permanent.

Location:  5 Wilton Place, Dublin 2 / Hybrid working (approximately 2 days per week from home after successful completion of a probation period and subject to business needs).

Women’s Aid is a national, feminist organisation working to prevent and address the impact of domestic violence and abuse. They do this by advocating, influencing, training, and campaigning for effective responses to reduce the scale and impacts of domestic abuse on women and children and providing high quality, specialised, integrated, support services. 


 

ABOUT THE ROLE 


Women's Aid is seeking a Community & Digital Fundraising Executive to join its growing team. This role is integral to supporting the fundraising strategy, working closely with the Fundraising Manager and Project Leaders across multiple fundraising programmes. 


The Community & Digital Fundraising Executive reports directly to the Fundraising Manager, providing general support to the department with a primary focus on Community & Digital Fundraising, while also supporting Individual Giving and Corporate Fundraising as required. This role will collaborate with other Community & Digital Fundraising Executives who also provides general support to the department. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, communicative and positive individual to make a meaningful contribution to Women's Aid's impact on the lives of women and children. 


The Community & Digital Fundraising Executive will ideally have experience in fundraising, particularly community or digital fundraising, although we would also welcome candidates with transferable experience in areas such as membership engagement, community management or event management. The role includes fundraising administration, supporter care, campaign coordination, CRM management, financial reporting and supporting the delivery of community and digital fundraising initiatives. 


The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a supporter-centred approach to their work.
