Salary:  €36,000 - €40,000

Background Information: 

Social Entrepreneurs Ireland (SEI) was founded in 2004. Since then, it has supported over 500 social entrepreneurs in tackling social problems across the island of Ireland. SEI’s north star is accelerated social change through the power of people. They do that in two ways: firstly, they seek out people with unique insight and scalable ideas to social problems; secondly, they offer them a deeper level of support to grow their impact through the vibrant SEI community of changemakers. SEI believes in the potential of people to create change together, in the power of human first relationships, and in the force of community to accelerate impact. 

The Role: 

Social Entrepreneurs Ireland are now seeking a Programme Manager to support social entrepreneurs engaged on the Impact Programme. The primary purpose of this role is to support social entrepreneurs engaged on the Impact Programme, where the ultimate goal is to support social entrepreneurs to make a meaningful and sustainable impact on society. 

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Be an experienced project manager with a track record in developing and managing multiple projects, prioritising effectively for timely delivery with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrate excellent relationship management skills with a diverse group of stakeholders.  
• Have outstanding interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills as well as facilitation experience for in-person & online events  
• Be a proactive problem solver and resourceful.
