About the Role

CRITICAL is now seeking to recruit a motivated and experienced fundraiser as their Partnerships Manager to work collaboratively with the CEO, Board of Trustees, and other team members to secure sustainable income from a diverse range of sources.

This is an exciting time to join a small but growing team and to work with a diverse community including the corporate and business partners, public and private grant makers and Foundations, major donors, and other funding bodies. The Partnerships Manager will support colleagues to build and maintain these relationships and wider business development by fostering new opportunities, building upon existing relationships and maintaining high quality marketing collateral to ensure CRITICAL is well recognised organisation.  

To succeed in this role you will have demonstrable experience in researching, securing and developing effective relationships with key partners. You will have an excellent track record showing results and meeting targets in your previous roles. You will be a natural network and you will be comfortable working on your own initiative, setting high standards of ethical fundraising and will maintain a culture that is donor and supporter focused.
