Salary:  €70,000 - €80,000 

Type:  Full-time, initial 23-month contract. 

Location:  Dublin 24. It is preferable that the successful candidate is based most or all of their time in the office except when on outside business. Some flexibility may be possible around working hours.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Specialisterne Ireland is now seeking an experienced, ambitious CEO to manage and develop the organisation in line with its new strategy for 2024-26 while ensuring good governance and adherence to Specialisterne’s stated core values.  

This role would ideally suit a professional with a dynamic business background including experience managing an ambitious, diverse team and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector is not essential but would be a distinct advantage including experience working with a voluntary Board and an understanding of charity governance requirements. It would be advantageous to have an understanding of the mathematical-based industries such as IT, Finance, Banking, Science and Engineering.
