Salary:  €50,000 – €55,000

ABOUT WOMEN’S AID 


Women’s Aid is a national, feminist organisation working to prevent and address the impact of domestic violence and abuse. They do this by advocating, influencing, training, and campaigning for effective responses to reduce the scale and impacts of domestic abuse on women and children and providing high-quality, specialised, integrated, support services. 



ABOUT THE ROLE 


The Fundraising Manager will drive the new Women’s Aid Fundraising Strategy and generate and build diverse income streams to support the charitable activities of the organisation. They will also oversee the day-to-day support and supervision of the fundraising team. 


The successful candidate will:

  • Lead the fundraising team to deliver on raising a diverse range of income streams from corporate partners, charity of the year fundraising and corporate campaigns, individual giving, digital challenges, events, community fundraising, legacies, trusts and foundations.
  • Deliver on annual income targets within budget and meeting all KPIs to ensure the long-term growth of diverse income streams.
  • Alongside the Head of Strategic Communications and Fundraising be responsible for the strategic planning and implementation of Women’s Aid’s fundraising strategy.
  • Externally represent the organisation to extend its influence and profile amongst trusts & foundations, and other key donors.
  • Manage the relationships with existing donors implementing stewardship plans with the Fundraising Team.
