Salary:   €75,000 - €85,000 dependent on experience.

About the Role

Castle Park School is seeking to appoint a Head of Development, Communications and Alumni Relations in a new role as part of their senior management team.  The post holder will lead all fundraising, donor development, philanthropic and alum engagement activities to support the school’s future strategy and vision.  

The successful candidate will work closely with the Board and Management to: 

• establish and lead Castle Park School’s Development, Communications & Alumni Relations Office,
• implement a new fundraising strategy (2024 – 2026), and
• embed a strong culture of philanthropy across the wider school community.

To be successful in this role, you will bring experience in a similar position, with a minimum of 5 years in a relationship-based fundraising development or major donor engagement role.

You will have a successful track record in income generation, including capital campaigns, and a strong understanding of fundraising principles and good practice.

You will also be a skilled communicator, with the ability to build and maintain relationships of value with diverse stakeholders whilst managing multiple projects and meeting targets.

And you will bring practical engagement skills and tools, including the ability to establish and manage a CRM database system for the school.
