Salary:  €65,000- €80,000 per annum, dependent on experience

About the Role 

ICCL is seeking to appoint a Head of Research and Policy to develop and deliver its vital policy and research agenda, ensuring a regular and consistent flow of impactful, well-researched and legally accurate information, with a particular focus on Justice, Equality and Democratic Freedoms.  

The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director and senior management team to:  

• Lead the development and delivery of all research and policy priorities in line with ICCL’s strategic plan.
• Manage and inspire the research and policy team whilst nurturing talent and ensuring performance.
• Build high-level, collaborative, and impactful relationships with key stakeholders, nationally and internationally.
